Support Arms are a useful aid that can be fitted next to the toilet for users with a disability, providing extra support whilst getting on and off the toilet seat. evacare’s range of support arms also includes a support arm that can be fitted on to the bathtub to provide the user extra support for getting in and out of a bathtub.
These support arms come in different lengths to suit the individual needs of the user or to suit the bathroom dimensions (600 mm to 770 mm) and can either be screwed into the wall or fitted to a bathtub using a clamp fastener. You also have the option of using a wall track system to mount the support arm that can be height adjusted or moved across the wall in the bathroom, thus providing better movement within the bathroom.
Built using quality grade 304 stainless steel or aluminium, these support arms have a weight-bearing capacity of up to 150 kg and feature a textured handle for a secure grip.
